Youth Fitness Classes

We’re excited to partner with NIKE this summer and we hope you’ll be joining us!
Sign ups will begin May 1st!

Join us for this 8-week Boot Camp exercise class. This class will work on your strength and endurance all while having fun! During this class you will do a variety of exercises to help you achieve your fitness goals! We will have a different workout every morning.

Cost: $60 for members and $85 for non-members  |  Each child receives a shirt.

When: June 10th – August 1st
Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays  |  9:15AM-10:15AM

Ages: 2nd-8th graders

Who can be the next “Campus Ninja Warrior?”

This multi-week class will focus on strength training and speed and agility, building up to the final competition at “Mount Altoona Campus!”

Class Dates:  Next Session TBD

Cost: Members $65 | Non-Members $90

Time and Location: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 – 6:30 pm at the Altoona Campus

Ages: 2nd-7th grade

Tumbling Tots (Ages 2-3) | Saturdays 9:45-10:15am

This “Gymboree” style class practices listening and turn- taking while exploring a wide variety of mats and equipment. This class meets once per week. One guardian is asked to stay and participate with each child.

Tumbling 1 (Ages 4-6) | Saturdays 10:20-10:50am

Students learn basic tumbling stunts, rolls, and balance beam while developing coordination, strength, and flexibility. Turn taking, listening, and social skills continue to be a focus in this class. This class meets once per week.

Tumbling 2 (Ages 6-8) | Saturdays 11:00-11:30am

This intermediate level is for children who are ready for more advanced skills and continued practice of the basic Tumbling 1 skills. Activities include walkovers, cartwheels, headstands, and balance beam.

Youth Fit Light

This class will feature workouts with our new FitLight system.  We will focus on speed and agility as well as hand eye coordination.

Space limited to 20 participants. Must be in grades 2-7.

Track Card

This is a one-time orientation and training that will prepare and allow your child to use the elevated track at the campus. The class is for kids ages 9-15. After completing this class, children 9-15 can use the track but they must bring their card with them each time.

One time $10 fee.

Weight Room Card

This is a one-time training and educational course that offers 12-15 year olds an orientation and access to our cardio and weight room equipment. This class requires parental permission.

One time $25 fee.

Our popular youth basketball program has expanded to include players 2nd through 7th grade! The focus of each division is to develop fundamentals, encourage sportsmanship, promote teamwork, and have FUN!  We have a 2nd grade league, 3rd-4th, 5th-6th and 7th leagues.

Space is limited and registrations are accepted on first-come first-serve basis. All registrations will be held online.

League Dates: January-March 2019
Price: $95 (Team uniforms are included!)

Fall 2018  |  Preschool-1st grade

Space is limited and registrations are accepted on first-come, first-serve basis.  All registrations will be held online at  Coaching applications, and league rules are available upon request. Practices will start November 2nd and games will start on November 3rd. Practices are Friday evenings and games on Saturday mornings. There are no games or practices during the week of Thanksgiving.

Fall 2019

Our 1st-7th grade flag football league focuses on fundamentals and fun! We have a 1st grade league, 2nd grade league, 3rd-4th grade league, and 5th-7th grade league. Games will be played at Sam Wise Youth Complex on weeknights and Saturday mornings. Practices will be determined by the coach.

League Dates: Practice begins September 1st; Games begin September 15th

Wee Ball – Spring 2019

The Altoona Campus offers a t-ball league for 3-5 year olds! The “Wee Play T-Ball League” or “Wee Ball” consists of two divisions 4 & under and 5 & under.

The rules and equipment are age-appropriate for each division and promote hustle, skill development, and teamwork!

To play in the 4U Division players must be at least 3 years old by April 22nd . To play in the 5U Division players must be at least 4 years old by April 22nd. All practices and games will be played on the Wee Ball fields at Lions Park. Each team will meet twice a week (one weeknight and Saturday mornings).

League Dates: April 22nd-May 18th
