This class will push you through your cardio comfort zone and burn major calories!  You will use a hybrid of cardio equipment, athletic drills, agility training, bootcamp style conditioning, and interval training.  Expect to sweat!

This is a strength conditioning class that uses kettlebell and bodyweight moves that are sure to get your heart pumping and make your muscles swole!
