Session 1- September 15-October 22nd Registration- August 22nd-September 14th Tumbling Tots (ages 2-3) This Gymboree style class practices listening and turn-taking while exploring a wide variety of mats and equipment. This class meets once per week. One guardian is asked to stay and participate with each child. Tumbling 1 (ages 4-6) Students learn basic tumbling stunts, rolls, and balance beam while developing coordination, strength, and flexibility. Turn-taking, listening, and social skills continue to be a focus in this class. This class meets once per week. Tumbling 2 (ages 6-8) This intermediate level is for children who are ready for more advanced skills and continued practice of the basic Tumbling 1 skills. Activities include walkovers, cartwheels, headstands, and balance beam.This is just a sample product.Bring the fun back to running! Beginner 1: Children can start this level at the age of 3. They learn basic elementary skills with floatation aide. Beginner 2: Intermediate elementary skills easing out of floatation aide. Intermediate 1: Fine tuning of basic strokes and techniques. Intermediate 2: Fine tuning of skills over longer distances. Swimmer 1: Advanced strokes and refinement. Swimmer 2: Refinement with focus on competition.The Altoona Campus offers an exciting, "no-tackle" flag football league for all students entering 1st-7th grade! Our unique program is designed to introduce players to the fundamentals of flag football, while developing skills in a safe FUN and recreational setting! The league is divided into 4 divisions based on grade: 1st Grade/2nd and 3rd Grade/ 4th and 5th grade/6th and 7th grade.
