This is a 50-minute total-body endurance class that fuses together 25 min of strength exercises, 20 minutes of cardio exercises, and 5 min of core exercises.  Be prepared to be pushed out of your comfort zone!  You won’t regret this workout!

MetCon

This advanced class will alternate between periods of all out maximum effort and lower intensity active rest.  Classes will utilize formats such as rounds for time, EMOMs, and AMRAPS and will incorporate a variety of equipment.  You can expect to experience a high calorie burn and a huge boost in your metabolism!

HIIT

This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind!  Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.
