Ropes, Abs, and Weights This ultimate conditioning class will combine battle rope exercises with a variety of strength and core exercises. This intense workout will develop core stabilization, strength, and endurance, while sweating and “playing.” (XP = Express 30 min class)
This calorie torching, muscle building, fat burning class will move from one strength exercise to the next using a variety of strength equipment including barbells, dumbbells, plates, and kettlebells.
