This is a 50-minute total-body endurance class that fuses together 20 min of strength exercises, 20 minutes of cardio exercises, and 5 min of core exercises.  Be prepared to be pushed out of your comfort zone!  You won’t regret this workout!

Barre

This class will combine ballet, pilates & conditioning movements.  Classes will focus on postural strength & alignment and will use light weights and the barre to sculpt upper and lower body muscles and abs, resulting in a long, lean physique.

Cardio Con. XP

This class will push you through your cardio comfort zone and burn major calories!  You will use a hybrid of cardio equipment, athletic drills, agility training, bootcamp style conditioning, and interval training.  Expect to sweat! XP=Express 30 minute class.

HIIT

This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind!  Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.
