This class fuses together low impact cardio movements and body sculpting to leave your body feeling stronger. It is a total body workout that will help increase flexibility, burn calories, and define muscles.

HIIT XP

This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind!  Modifications for all fitness levels are provided. (XP = 30 min Express Class)

Boxing

This class is our exclusive, high-energy heavy bag workout. It combines power, strength, and core exercises. You will leave this class drenched in sweat but wanting more! Participants must bring their own boxing gloves.

Barre XP

This class will combine ballet, pilates & conditioning movements.  Classes will focus on postural strength & alignment and will use light weights and the barre to sculpt upper and lower body muscles and abs, resulting in a long, lean physique. XP=Express 30 minute class

Boxing Boot Camp

This is a beginning boxing class that incorporates basic boxing moves with circuit training.   You will experience a fun workout that will enhance your coordination, flexibility and strength.

Boxing KomBo

This class will fuse together boxing with kettlebells to make one extreme high intensity class!  Don’t miss out on this ultimate burn!

20/20/5

This is a 50-minute total-body endurance class that fuses together 20 min of strength exercises, 20 minutes of cardio exercises, and 5 min of core exercises.  Be prepared to be pushed out of your comfort zone!  You won’t regret this workout!
