Learning to swim can help you stay safe around water. Exercising in water is low-impact way to get and stay physically fit at any age, even if you have mobility issues or injuries. Work on your skills and challenge yourself in one of our fun group exercise classes, or become certified to lifeguard, teach, or SCUBA dive with our convenient and affordable training programs.
“Aquatic High intensity interval Training!” Intervals for 20sec with 10sec rests. 4 minutes per round, 8 rounds per class. Increase your metabolic rate and burn calories for up to 72 hours after class! It’s a “Hiit!”
A great way to start the day. The instructor breaks the mold by switching up the equipment use, water depth and skill levels on a monthly basis. Early birds unite!
Low impact fun for every activity level. Find unique ways to create resistance using beach-balls, noodles, kickboards, water toys, and dance moves. Themed activities with music to match.
Shallow water toning, balance, stretching, cardio and resistance work. Work at your own pace. Smaller, faster moves = toning. Bigger, slower moves = strength.
