Learning to swim can help you stay safe around water. Exercising in water is a low-impact way to be physically fit at any age, even if you have mobility issues or injuries. Work on your skills and challenge yourself in one of our fun group exercise classes, or become certified to lifeguard, teach, or SCUBA dive with our convenient and affordable training programs.
Intense! Fast-paced, calorie-busting, heart-pumping workouts! Combine cardio work for endurance and strength work for muscle stability and kick it up a notch!
“Aquatic High intensity interval Training!” Intervals for 20sec with 10sec rests. 4 minutes per round, 8 rounds per class. Increase your metabolic rate and burn calories for up to 72 hours after class! It’s a “Hiit!”

This is a high intensity fusion class that will include 30 minutes of cycling followed by 30 minutes of an AHIIT water workout. You are welcome to do one or both parts of this class!
