CAMPUS WELLNESS SERIES
The Altoona Campus is proud to announce our new
“Wellness Series”.
The Wellness Series’ purpose is to promote physical, mental,
and emotional health and wellbeing to Altoona Campus members and
guests through various workshops, programs, and other events.
We hope the Wellness Series assists and
educates our members and guests in their own personal wellness and
brings them more enjoyment in their daily lives.
The first installment of the Wellness Series includes three
FREE interactive workshops:
Monday, March 10th
6:30 - 7:15 PM
Location: Altoona Campus Youth Gym
Topic: Family Fitness
Monday, May 19th
5:30 - 6:15 PM
Location: Altoona Campus Family Gym
Topic: Stress Management / Relaxation Techniques
Seating is
limited so please be sure to register for each workshop at the
Altoona Campus front desk!
