Cycle
CYCLE - Let the instructor and the music motivate you over hills, jumps and various other terrains for a high-intensity workout that is good for all fitness levels! Classes are geared for those training for outdoor rides or just getting in shape wanting to burn calories. Classes are 50-55 minutes in length, but participants are welcome to come and go as they please!
