Altoona Campus family, single-parent family and senior family
membership households have the option of purchasing an unlimited childcare
package at an affordable rate. These members are welcome to utilize the childcare
services provided in The Playhouse Nursery and the Youth Area anytime during
their regular hours of operation on an unlimited basis:
Monday-Friday 8:00-Noon.
Monday-Thursday 4:00-8:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00-Noon.
No more punch cards to purchase! No need to watch the clock during your workout
to avoid additional childcare costs! No need to limit the number of times you
enjoy classes and workouts each week! Come often, and make the most of your
membership!
Family Plus members will be issued unique
membership cards to identify their access to unlimited childcare. Just show our
youth staff your child's new membership card, sigh him/her in, and enjoy your workout!
To purchase your ANNUAL Family Plus package, visit the Altoona Campus Membership
Center. (Current members are welcome to purchase a pro-rated contract for the remainder
of their current membership year.) Complete a Family Plus Agreement and select one of the following payment
options:
Monthly EFT or credit card charge
Quarterly EFT or credit card charge
Annual payment via check, cash, Visa or Mastercard
Family Plus Fees: This is an annual contract
One Child - $180/year ($15/month or $45/quarter)
Two Children - $300/year ($25/month or $75/quarter)
Three or more Children - $360/year ($30/month or $90/quarter)

These fun, instructional
leagues for children emphasize the fundamentals of the game of
basketball: passing, shooting, dribbling and teamwork.
All practices will be held on Friday evenings, before Saturday games.
Modified rules include eight-foot rims and junior sized basketballs.
Team T-shirts will be provided.
Participants must be enrolled in the respective grades during the
2007-08 school year in order to be eligible to participate in these
leagues.
Volunteer coaches are needed - please consider sharing your time and talents
with the youth of our community.
Space is limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come,
first-serve basis. Payment is appreciated at the time of registration. |

Deficit Disorder, commonly known as "NDD"? Teen Adventure Bound may
be your child's cure! Designed in collaboration with Iowa State
University Extension Polk County this is an adventure based program
designed to get your kids outside and interacting with nature.
Skills such as leadership, problem solving, and teamwork will be
emphasized throughout this 5 day program. Lunch will be provided
every day. Sign up today because space is limited to only 20
participants per week! Who can participate? --- Any student entering grades 6 - 9
for the 2008-09 school year

The Carnival of Music
(18 months to 6 & their families)
Carnival of Music encourages musical exploration and
experimentation with different sounds and instruments, moving
and playing to a steady beat. Children will imagine visiting a
carnival where they play games, eat fun food, enjoy rides and
watch parades. The Carnival of Music Home Kit includes a Family
Guide story and activity book, an egg shaker, and a CD that
includes all the songs from the class.

Under the Rainbow

Children explore the concept of high and low sounds with Irish

throughout the mini-literature book in your Home Kit, a Home CD,
and a harmonica.
