Your Fitness Consultation will consist of:
A 30-minute Fitness Consultation with a Personal Trainer
A 30-minute workout coached by a Personal Trainer
Goal Setting and Start-up Guidelines for your individual needs
Health Screening and Body Fat Analysis
Completing a Recommendation Card consisting of 5-6 exercises for a Start-up Routine and a Start-up Cardio Recommendation

What will I experience from the workout?
An intense workout appropriate for your level of fitness
Slight elevation in heart rate, some sweating and general tightness for major muscle groups
General soreness is expected afterwards

How long will it take?
Allow 60 minutes for your Complimentary Fitness Consultation
(30 minutes for the consultation and 30 minutes for the workout).
 
About Justin & Robin's training approach
Weight Room Coordinator Justin Roberson is an Aerobic and Fitness Association of America Certified Personal Trainer and holds a BA in Health Promotion -- Wellness/ Fitness Management from the University of Northern Iowa.

Personal Trainer Robin Sullivan is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in Health Promotion - Worksite. Robin has experience creating programs for corporate employees and has worked for a corporate fitness company in Des Moines. She has an extensive sports and exercise background and a passion for the health and fitness of others.

Justin and Robin's years of personal training expertise come through a customized approach to educational, nutritional and resistance training programs. Justin and Robin utilize various types of resistance and weight training, depending on client goals -- fat loss, muscle gain, toning, improved cardiovascular endurance, corrective exercise, increased strength or sports-specific training.

Justin and Robin's programs combine weight training, cardiovascular exercise and a nutritional regimen. You can transform the shape of your body and noticeably improve your overall health and wellbeing. These techniques, when combined with professional guidance, enable you to reach your goals quickly and safely.
