Senior Fitness
Challenge
Personal Trainer Matt Nedved leads this eight week program designed
exclusively for adults 50+ who want to improve their strength,
flexibility, balance and endurance.
Classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will involve muscular
strength and range of movement, as well as, a cardio circuit using,
but not limited to, hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles,
and a ball, some classes may even take place in the weight room on
the free motion equipment.
Tuesdays and Thursdays there will be a 20 minute health education
seminar which will cover various topics including nutrition,
relaxation skills, screening tests for adults and more.
Participants will be given a workout log to keep track of daily
exercise and nutrition. At the end of the eight weeks participants
can turn in their log to receive a free t-shirt.

Time: 8:00 - 8:45am
