Classes are taught by Certified Advanced Boxing Fitness Trainer Justin Roberson and personal trainer Robin Sullivan and instructed so that each individual can obtain excellent results no matter what your current fitness levels.

Session 1—Jan. 12th- March 5th

Session 2—March 23rd- May 14th

5:15am-6:15am—Monday, Wednesday, Friday

9:30am-10:30am—Monday, Wednesday, Friday

8:00pm-9:00pm—Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

Cost: $150 for members, $200 for nonmembers
